I no longer deal with building regulations, however I can recommend colleagues who can deal with this aspect of your project.

During an initial 2 hour consultation at a fixed price of £80, I can offer you:

• A real exchange of ideas
  
• An assessment of options
• Information sheets on Planning Permission and Building Regulations
• Initial survey work

My experience includes designing:

• Extensions to a wide range of domestic properties
• Refurbishment schemes of a number of historic and listed buildings, from modest works to complete refurbishments and substantial extensions.
• Space planning in both domestic and commercial contexts, identifying and ensuring the best and most creative use of available space.
  
  

Having worked as a Planning Inspector, I can ensure that you minimise any planning problems. I can also offer detailed knowledge and experience of preparing and managing planning appeals.

I can offer you a practical approach to design and specification, having worked hands-on in most of the building trades.

I can also help you to develop the confidence and skill to realise what may be a once in lifetime project. You will have a vital role to play, based on your own experience and ideas. My technical and design skills will provide you with a framework for evaluating your options to ensure that you achieve an appropriate solution at a reasonable cost.
